What's a “CLA”?
The CompTIA Learning Alliance (CLA) is the highest recognition given to quality training providers by CompTIA.
In order to become a CompTIA CLA partner, the training facility must be tested and approved by CompTIA and meet and
exceed specific requirements, providing students with the most comprehensive training for CompTIA certification preparation.
In addition, the training facility must: employ instructors who hold the CompTIA CTT+ certification (Certified Technical Trainer)
as well as the certification of the class they are teaching; provide courseware approved through the CompTIA Authorized Quality
Curriculum program; provide customer satisfaction and quality control policies; and meet industry and government standards of
legal compliance for software and operations. CBT Direct/CBT XPress has been recently named a CompTIA CLA Training Center,
and therefore recognized for providing students with the most comprehensive training for CompTIA certification.
